I have been providing mortgage solutions for clients for over 10 years. My experience in the financial industry started in product development and marketing for investment and lending products before I made the move into mortgage financing in 2009.

Over the last 10+ years, I have focused on providing exceptional customer service and smart mortgage financing advice based on my extensive experience and on-going research and understanding of the Canadian mortgage/lending industry.

I have helped many clients get a mortgage in Oakville, Brampton, Scarborough, Vaughan, Markham, and the GTA – right up to and beyond Barrie and cottage country.

I work for you – not the bank – so I can give you informed and unbiased advice to help you make the best decisions for your home financing needs. 

With over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, I have learned extensively about the inner workings of Financial Institutions as well as the key drivers that are most important to consumers. I pride myself on providing customer service, which is second to none. Part of that is educating clients and keeping them well-informed rather than pushing them through the financing assembly line the way the banks do.

As a licensed Mortgage Agent, I provide clients with the service of seeking out the real estate financing that best meets their unique needs and at the best interest rates available – doing the “shopping” for them.

I have access to over 50 lenders whose wide range of products ensuring that I will be able to obtain financing for virtually any client, regardless of their situation, unlike the banks who have a very limited product offering. Whether self-employed, great credit, bruised credit, investors, vacation properties… I can access funds for all of them. Best of all, my services are free to clients as it is the lenders I place the mortgage with that pay me. That’s not to say I work for the lender, in fact, it’s the opposite! I work 100% for my clients who entrust me with their business and I work entirely with their best interest in mind.

Working as part of a national brokerage, Mortgage Alliance, I am able to take advantage of volume discounts and I have access to rates the banks will not tell you are available.
